The curriculum details the foundational 'Noting and Labeling' framework (See, Hear, Feel) and various breathwork methods including Box Breathing and Breath Awareness. Participants will learn how to select techniques that match their current state and develop the discipline required for a consistent daily practice through realistic goal-setting and habit-tracking.
