The Tailored Mindfulness Experience (TME) is a unified mindfulness training system addressing meditation practice, real-time awareness, interpersonal communication, and mental clarity. Unlike programs focusing solely on technique, TME provides a framework for bringing mindful awareness to the 75% of our waking hours spent communicating and navigating choices. The program is built on four core dimensions: Your Life, Your Practice; The Response Space; Authentic Connection; and The Three Shadows.
