While some evaluation is healthy, unconscious and rigid judgment creates separation from others and from reality as it is. You will learn to distinguish useful discernment from harmful judgment and cultivate non-judgmental awareness. The curriculum covers various forms of judgment including comparative, moral, and self-judgment, while providing practical tools like the PICK framework and self-compassion to move from resistance to skillful action.
